 Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative workflow.
  • Manage facility operations including maintenance, utilities, cleaning, and security services.
  • Monitor office supplies and procurement needs in line with approved budgets.
  • Support management with administrative reporting and documentation.
  • Maintain proper documentation, contracts, and records related to office operations.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in office administration, facilities, or operations management.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
