The ERP Specialist – System Implementer will lead the design, configuration, and deployment of ERP systems across the company and its subsidiaries. The role focuses on improving operational efficiency, streamlining business processes, and ensuring successful ERP implementation and support in coordination with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including planning, design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into system configurations and functional specifications
• Configure ERP modules (e.g., finance, procurement, supply chain, HR, workflows, approval processes, internal audit involvement) to meet organizational needs
• Manage project timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and consultants
• Oversee data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing
• Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions
• Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement
• Ensure system compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership
