Job Description
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement and contracts.
• Proven experience in import operations and shipment management.
• Proficiency in Odoo or other ERP systems.
• Experience in container loading and shipment organization.
• knowledge of customs documentation and clearance procedures.
• In-depth understanding of procurement and supply chain processes.
• Excellent command of English (reading, writing, speaking).
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage approved purchase orders using the Odoo ERP system, aligned with the annual procurement plan and approved budgets.
- Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers.
- Prepare comprehensive periodic procurement reports
- Monitor inventory levels for assigned categories using system reports and communication with the sales team.
- Analyze product movement (demand, turnover, damaged items) in coordination with warehouse and sales teams.
- Confirm delivery schedules and resolve discrepancies related to pricing, packaging, or commercial documents
• Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with agreements.
