Key Responsibilities

1. Multimedia Content Production: Create a wide range of multimedia assets including promotional videos, explainer animations, and training modules that align with CEID’s mission.
2. Motion Graphics & Animation Design: Design and deliver visually engaging motion graphics for social media, presentations, websites, and internal communications.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and video teams to plan and produce multimedia projects that support branding and strategic goals.
4. Video Editing & Enhancement: Edit raw footage, incorporate effects, sound, and graphics to produce professional-quality videos.
5. Asset Management & Innovation: Maintain a well-organized digital library of multimedia content and stay current with emerging trends and tools in video production and digital storytelling.

Ideal Candidate Profile
1. Technical Proficiency: Skilled in video editing software, animation tools, and multimedia production platforms (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
2. Creative Storytelling: Able to convey complex ideas through engaging visuals and multimedia content.
3. Attention to Detail: Ensures high production quality by carefully reviewing edits, graphics, and transitions.
4. Team Collaboration: Works effectively with cross-functional teams including designers, marketers, and content creators.
5. Adaptability: Keeps up with multimedia trends and quickly learns new tools or techniques as needed.

Education and Experience
• Required Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Years of Relevant Experience: Minimum of 3 years in multimedia production, video editing, and motion graphics.
• Specific Skills or Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop); strong storytelling and visual design skills; ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Additional Certifications: Certifications in digital media production or motion graphics are a plus.
• Personal Attributes: Creative, detail-oriented, collaborative, adaptable, and committed to high-quality visual storytelling that aligns with AUIB’s mission.
