AUIB is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Enrollment Officer to drive its mission of providing an exceptional student enrollment experience at CEID. In this pivotal role, the Senior Enrollment Officer will oversee and improve all aspects of the enrollment lifecycle, ensure compliance with institutional and governmental policies, and lead process enhancements for greater operational efficiency. This role reports to the CEO with a dual reporting line to the Head of PMO.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership and Oversight: Support the development of enrollment strategies and lead operational improvements in alignment with CEID’s mission.
2. Enrollment Operations Management: Oversee the end-to-end enrollment process, maintain accurate student records, and manage resources essential for CEID’s daily functions.
3. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with internal and external policies; prepare and submit regular operational and regulatory reports.
4. Student Services and Support: Provide clear and helpful guidance on course registration, certificates, and student inquiries while maintaining data confidentiality.
5. Process Improvement and Trend Analysis: Drive process innovation and use enrollment data to inform strategic decision-making and enhance service delivery.

4. Tech-Savvy: Familiar with student information systems and data reporting tools; able to learn CEID-specific platforms quickly.
5. Adaptable & Discreet: Handles sensitive information with confidentiality and responds effectively to change and problem-solving needs.

Education and Experience
• Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Years of Relevant Experience: Minimum of 3 years in enrollment management or a similar role, preferably within a higher education or academic institution.
• Specific Skills or Expertise: Leadership and team management, proficiency in multitasking, fluency in English, familiarity with student information systems, and strong customer service orientation.
• Additional Certifications: Certifications in enrollment management, student services, or data systems are a plus.
• Personal Attributes: Discreet, service-oriented, adaptable, analytical, and aligned with AUIB’s values of educational excellence and integrity.
