Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring we attract top talent for various roles across the company.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all HR policies, labor laws, and regulations.
- Provide support to employees on HR-related matters, offering guidance and advice on policies, benefits, and professional development.
- Assist with performance management processes, including reviews and feedback sessions.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify workforce needs and align HR strategies with business goals.
- Organize and manage training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Foster a positive work culture by promoting employee engagement, morale, and retention.
- Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs and ensuring they remain competitive and fair.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of two years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of Iraqi labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and maintain a positive work environment.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
