Role Overview:

As a Commercial Specialist for the Scale-Up vertical at Abwaab, you will oversee the commercial and operational aspects of a growing channel designed to equip senior university students and recent graduates with the soft skills and industry insights needed to succeed in the corporate world. This role requires a mix of strategic coordination, stakeholder engagement, and commercial execution

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations and logistics for the Scale-Up vertical.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver quality learning experiences.

• Support program planning, coordination, and execution.

• Monitor performance metrics, course delivery, and participant feedback.

• Contribute to business development efforts and identify commercial opportunities.

• Ensure seamless coordination across marketing, sales, and academic teams.

• Prepare regular progress and performance reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in commercial, operations, or program coordination roles.

• Background in educational programs, entrepreneurship, or EdTech is a plus.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Proficiency in google workspace / Microsoft office and relevant project management tools

• Preferred:

  • Experience in or exposure to youth development or upskilling programs.

  • Passion for education, student empowerment, and program innovation.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
