Job Description
Hisense Iraq is Hiring: TV Key Account Manager
We are looking for a TV Key Account Manager who can set up, lead, and develop profitable business opportunities for our sales functions in Iraq and the Levant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, understanding market dynamics, building long-term relationships with distributors and retailers, and strengthening the Hisense brand through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
Serve as the primary point of contact for TV key accounts and address their needs effectively
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely resolution of issues and proactive communication
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and market share
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Negotiate contracts and agreements with key accounts to maximize profitability
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
Provide regular feedback to senior management on market trends and customer needs
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Master’s degree is a plus
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the electronics or consumer goods industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts
Skills
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to analyze market trends and data to make informed decisions
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
Personal Attributes
Results-driven and self-motivated
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Willingness to travel as required
