We are seeking a motivated individual to undertake a range of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. You will be an integral part of ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and support other business activities effectively.
The sales support officer plays a key role in supporting sales operations by coordinating between the sales team and other departments, such as marketing, logistics, and customer service. This position ensures smooth communication, efficient execution of sales strategies, and alignment with company objectives to maximize performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to ensure alignment in achieving sales objectives.
- Coordinate sales operations with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to fulfill customer needs efficiently.
- Monitor the execution of sales plans and ensure the availability of necessary resources to support the team.
- Gather, analyze, and report sales data to evaluate performance and optimize sales processes.
- Enhance customer experience by ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams.
- Assist in managing sales proposals, contracts, and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and customer requirements.
- Support customer relationship management by responding to sales team inquiries and assisting with client follow-ups.
- Coordinating training and scheduling for sales staff.
- Tracking the quotas and goals of each member of the sales team.
- Any additional tasks required by this job.
- Entering order information into the company database.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in microbiology, Pathological analyses, biomedical, medical devices engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work across multiple teams.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent Organization and Administrative Skills.
- proficiency in dealing with CRM customer relationship management programs.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Speed of response.
