• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Good understanding of automotive systems and services.
• Resident of Erbil.
• Gender: Male or Female.
• Languages: Kurdish, Arabic, and English.
