Dream IT is looking for a driven and knowledgeable Network Sales Engineer to join our team. If you have a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and the technical know-how to guide customers toward the perfect IT solutions, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Contact: Proactively engage with potential and existing customers to understand their IT infrastructure needs and sell relevant products and solutions.
• Technical Consultation: Provide pre-sales technical consultation and support, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution design.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Quoting & Proposals: Prepare and present tailored quotes, tenders, and technical proposals to customers, clearly outlining the value proposition of our solutions.
• Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product portfolios, market trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position Dream IT’s solutions.

Required Knowledge & Skills

• Product Expertise: Demonstrated technical knowledge and experience with the following major networking and storage brands:
• Synology (NAS and data management solutions)
• ZKTeco (Security and access control systems)
• WD (Western Digital) & Seagate (Storage solutions)
• Huawei eKit (Enterprise network solutions)
• HPE (Hewlett Packard Enterprise)
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic (essential for dealing with local and regional clients).
• Sales Acumen: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, identify new opportunities, and manage the full sales cycle.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer/Electronics/Communications) or a related field is highly preferred.
