Job Description

As the Customer Delivery Lead for the Market Services Middle East Team at Nokia, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact projects and ensuring operational excellence for our key customers. You will collaborate closely with a team of Project Managers and Technical Managers while interfacing with C-level executives in customer organizations to enhance customer satisfaction and project governance. You will have financial ownership of the accounts you lead, driving project performance and identifying business opportunities for further growth. Your responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of CNS projects and Care services for key customers, ensuring seamless execution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Interface with C-level executives within customer organizations to manage relationships and drive project governance.
  • Oversee a team of Project Managers and Technical Managers, providing guidance and support for project initiatives.
  • Assume financial ownership for revenue and margin related to assigned accounts, ensuring contractual commitments are met.
  • Accountable for delivery management throughout the entire project lifecycle, from Bid decision to execution and handover.
  • Identify business opportunities for upselling and collaborate with CX and BG teams to maximize customer value.
  • Conduct project portfolio performance reviews, leading internal and external meetings to assess execution performance, manage resourcing and performance forecasting in collaboration with BG Delivery teams to optimize project success.

Your skills and experience

You have:

  • Bachelor degree of engineering or computer science.
  • Core and Business Application competence, preferably in Nokia portfolio
  • Experience in Greenfield launch of new operators, and previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong customer management skills with interaction at C-level
  • Solid financial management capabilities
  • Proven leadership experience in managing teams both onsite and remotely

It would be nice if you also had:

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree
  • Experience in swap projects
