We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our industrial company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing finance and proven experience as a Financial Controller, capable of managing all financial operations and providing strategic insights to support the company’s growth and efficiency.

Job Purpose

As a Finance Manager, you will oversee and control the company’s financial activities, ensuring accurate reporting, cost control, and compliance with policies and regulations. You will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and driving operational efficiency within the industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Analyze and control manufacturing costs to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Develop and implement financial policies and internal controls.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
• Monitor cash flow, manage financial risks, and ensure liquidity.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes aligned with business objectives.
• Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Supervise audits, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CMA / CPA preferred).
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, including industrial or manufacturing sectors.
• Previous experience as a Financial Controller is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting and ERP systems.
• Advanced skills in Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
