Job Description
Mission of the job
Sell Asiacell products and services via phone calls, to achieve the Enterprise objectives set by the management.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- · Generating Sales of products and services through the telephone and reach potential and existing customers directly by phone to encourage them to buy Asiacell products.
- · Follow SME & SOHO procedures & guidelines and get the required documents.
- · Develops a trustworthy relationship with customers and ensure customer satisfaction,
- · Telephone Account Management by following with exist SME&SOHO customers and fulfill their needs or additional sales opportunity.
- · Achieves the sales objectives set by the management.
- · Feedback on calls expectations.
- · Reporting daily, weekly and monthly calls and activities
- · Customer complaints management handling
- · Carry out any other work required by the SME/SOHO manager
Requirements
- · Bachelor degree in in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT or engineering
- · 1-3-year experience in sales
- · Language skills (Arabic, English)
- · Computer skills (MS Office, Email Correspondences, Programming)
- · Good communication, problem solving, negotiation and conflict handling skills
