Duties and responsibilities:

• Perform all duties for the sales & planning including the data entry / documentations / reporting / any other tasks and adherence to the direct line manager.
• Check & follow the daily sales plan with the branches.
• Utilizing Autoline system for the daily tasks including the reporting.
• Support the team for the sales KPI’s/forecast/achievement tracking and pricing matter.
• Follow the branches regarding vehicle displaying, aged stocks, damaged vehicles and any other stock subjects in-line with logistic team.
• Manage the vehicle-reservations & follow the branches to utilize it through the system perfectly, and prepare the required report.
• Follow all instructions, messages and guidelines from the higher authorities, and management.
• Follow all safety regulations, confidentiality guidelines, office timings, procedures, dress-codes and behavioral standards.

Education, Job Requirements & Skills:

• Proficiency in Kurdish and English, and Arabic language (Spoken and Written).
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Related job and internship experience.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• A high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications especially Microsoft Excel, and to has a background in google sheets.
• Good organization skills.
• Ability to work under pressure & austere Conditions.
