Job Description
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Collection Executive to manage customer payments and ensure timely collection of dues related to real estate sales and leasing. The role involves regular follow-ups with clients, maintaining accurate payment records, and coordinating with internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers on outstanding payments via calls, messages, and emails
- Collect installment payments, rent, and other dues as per agreed schedules
- Update and maintain accurate payment and collection records
- Issue receipts and coordinate with the finance/accounts department
- Resolve payment-related queries and disputes in a professional manner
- Prepare collection reports and aging statements
- Coordinate with sales, leasing, and legal teams for delayed or defaulted payments
- Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual terms
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in collections (real estate experience is an advantage)
- Strong communication skills in Arabic (English is a plus)
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, ERP/CRM systems)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet collection targets
