Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive to manage client interactions and ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout the real estate customer journey. The role involves handling inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting sales and leasing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
- Provide accurate information about properties, pricing, availability, and processes
- Register leads and update customer information in the CRM system
- Coordinate property viewings and follow up with clients
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when required
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and feedback
- Support sales, leasing, and property management teams with customer coordination
- Ensure excellent customer experience before and after sales/lease
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service (real estate experience is an advantage)
- Strong communication skills in Arabic (English is a plus)
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet service standards
