Job Description
Alamiya Company is looking for a Training & Development Specialist to join our HR team. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training and development programs that enhance employee performance, skills, and organizational capability, in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) across departments
- Develop and implement annual training plans aligned with business and HR strategy
- Design and deliver internal training programs (onboarding, soft & hard skills, leadership, compliance, etc.)
- Coordinate with external training providers, consultants, and institutes when required
- Manage training schedules, calendars, participant enrollment, and training records
- Measure training effectiveness, prepare training reports, dashboards, and ROI analysis
- Ensure all training activities comply with company policies, labor regulations, and HSE requirements
- Support and promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development
- Utilize ERP / LMS systems (such as Odoo) to manage training activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, Education, or a related field
- 3–6 years of experience in Training & Development or Learning & Development roles
- Proven experience in designing and implementing training programs within mid-sized organizations
- Experience working with diverse employee groups and multiple departments
- Professional certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, TOT) are an advantage
