Job Description
The HR Officer plays a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department by handling administrative tasks related to payroll, employee records, and attendance monitoring. Key responsibilities include assisting with payroll preparation, maintaining both paper and electronic employee records, tracking attendance, and processing administrative orders. Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in HR software, along with a commitment to confidentiality and effective communication.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Archive employee records in both paper and electronic formats.
- Track employee attendance and punctuality for the Baghdad office and other locations.
- Monitor all aspects related to payroll, including deductions, absences, and performance bonuses.
- Process administrative orders related to employees.
- Update and maintain the employee database regularly.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 1of 2 years to experience in HR.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
