Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated “Social Media and Digital Coordinator” to join our team at Leaders Guide Company in Sulaymaniyah. The position plays a pivotal role in driving our online presence both internally and externally. The primary responsibility is to develop and execute comprehensive Social Media Management and Digital Strategies, targeting both internal and external clients for business growth. You’ll create engaging content, manage social media channels, optimize SEO, and analyze data to make informed decisions. Your efforts will directly impact our brand awareness and client acquisition. Key responsibilities and tasks include:
· Platforms: Managing our CMS (Content Management System); optimizing Digital Channels; ensuring content is up to date, the user journey is clear, and the performance of content is measured against clear KPI’s.
· Content: Writing engaging content for a variety of audiences that is consistent with brand guidelines. Keeping up to date and informed about all aspects of implementing our strategic contents at work.
· Social media: Planning and coordinating a schedule of activity across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms to expand our social media audience base.
· Advertising: Coordinating advertising, online advertising, regularly reviewing and amending keywords and ad groups to optimize performance. In addition, you will maintain our presence on third party sites, keeping all messaging current.
· Brand Guidelines: To implement brand guidelines and ensure compliance in all areas of work.
· Reporting: Monitor, report and analyses result to improve performance, using tools such as Google analytics and others, so that amendments and improvements can be made where appropriate.
· Graphic design: initial capability graphic design, motion design and video editing are preferable.
· Oral presentation: strong communication and presentation skills for presenting weekly reports to our board members.
· Other (Preferable): Keeping up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. Undertaking any other duties commensurate with the accountabilities of the post.

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, IT, or a related field.

· Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
· Strong analytical and ICT (Information and Communication Technology) skills.
· Strong writing skills with the ability to produce compelling copy.
· Proofreading and editorial skills.
· Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
· Ability to work as part of a team and individually
· Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Experience
· At least 2 years of experience in Social Media Management.
· Experience in managing social media campaigns.
· Experience with email, AdWords, and/or display advertising campaigns.
· Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
· Design software
· Digital strategy experience
· Experience in managing and writing content for a website CMS (Content Management System).
· Google Analytics and SEO experience.
Knowledge
· Knowledge of marketing principles and brand management.
· Knowledge of effective social media techniques.
· Practical experience of print, production, and design.
· Current environmental and conservation issues.
