We are looking for a Padel Brand & Growth Manager to lead the development, positioning, and growth of our Padel brand.

This role combines brand management, marketing strategy, community building, and business growth, with a strong focus on customer experience and commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage the Padel brand identity and positioning
• Develop and execute brand & growth strategies
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement
• Manage marketing campaigns (digital & on-ground)
• Lead partnerships with players, influencers, and sponsors
• Plan and oversee Padel events and tournaments
• Collaborate closely with Operations and Sales teams
• Analyze performance, market trends, and growth opportunities
• Manage marketing and brand budgets efficiently

Requirements

• Proven experience in Brand Management, or Growth roles
• Strong understanding of sports, lifestyle, or entertainment brands
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills
• Passion for sports (Padel experience is a plus)
