Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and manage core banking systems and electronic switching platforms.
• Handle integration with banks, card networks (e.g., Mastercard, Visa), and internal systems.
• Set up and fine-tune switch parameters, including routing tables and transaction workflows.
• Conduct thorough testing, monitoring, and resolve any issues related to switch operations.
• Work closely with teams supporting card issuance, ATM/POS systems, and mobile banking apps.
• Ensure all systems comply with Central Bank of Iraq regulations and international standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in core banking systems or financial switch platforms.
• Solid understanding of transaction routing and ISO 8583 protocols.
• Good knowledge of card management systems, transaction settlement, and e-payment networks.
• Strong skills in problem-solving, technical documentation, and team communication.
