iConz is seeking a talented and multidisciplinary Creative Designer & Social Media Lead to own and manage the full visual and digital presence of the brand — both online and offline. This role blends design, content creation, storytelling, and light production skills to ensure iConz is always represented with strong, consistent, and creative visuals.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and design all visual assets for iConz including social media posts, marketing materials, digital visuals, corporate identity elements, presentations, and printed collateral.

· Maintain and evolve the visual identity of iConz across all platforms and touchpoints.

· Ensure brand consistency in every visual output.

· Design and structure professional proposals and presentations under iConz brand for clients and partners.

· Support the business development and sales teams with visually engaging pitch decks and project documents.

· Develop social media strategies and content plans aligned with brand objectives.

· Create, schedule, and publish content across social platforms.

· Monitor engagement and support optimization of content performance.

· Capture in-house mobile photos and videos for internal activities, project documentation, and content use.

· Edit visual and simple video content when needed.

· Source, brief, and manage outsourced photography and videography teams across Iraq.

· Ensure quality standards are met and final materials align with brand guidelines.

· Review, approve, and organize delivered media.

· Create basic motion graphics and short-form video edits for social and digital platforms.

Qualifications & Skills

· Proven experience in graphic design & branding

· Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Premiere/After Effects is a plus

· Experience creating presentations & proposals

· Strong understanding of social media content & strategy

· Basic skills in mobile photography & video editing

· Ability to coordinate production teams and manage deliverables

· Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

· Experience in events, production, or marketing environments is an advantage
