Mission of the job

Conducting surveys on customer preferences and statistical data in order to support customers during their decision-making process regarding

product designs, prices, purchasing decisions, satisfaction level, brand image, distribution channels, offers and promotions. Proposing new area

for coverage expansion and giving feedback to all coverage complaints.

Tasks and Responsibilities

·      Monitor the market updates through various information sources

·       Communicate market updates and relevant information to direct superior in hierarchy/coordinator/manager and through a chain of command after validation

·       Provide market parameters to help the market research team in benchmarking the local and regional markets. (Prices, services, quality of service, and others) for GSMA, CDMA-Wireless, ISP & FTTH operators.

·       Report tracking info on customer feedback via social media and market channels related to offers & promotions price amendments.

·       Conduct ad-hoc, recurrent investigations & tests on specific Asiacell products/subjects and upon request from the commercial management

·       Contribute to preparing market research and economy reports from marketing regions to be consolidated and shared with management

·      Prepare reports on advertising materials availability: Billboards, banners, posters and leaflets distribution channels and outlets

·      Tracking the internal research projects on time and conducting tests on products & services frequently

·       Supporting marketing research section (interviews with the customers, analysis, and attending fieldwork with the research agency)

Requirements

·      Computer Skills (specially MS Excel and Power point)

·      Language skills (English, & Arabic)

·      Telecom market knowledge.
