Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the internal network (LAN/VLAN/Switching/Routing) to ensure stable connectivity across all branches and systems.
• Manage and maintain network security devices such Fotinet including policy configuration and traffic monitoring.
• Manage secure VPN connections (FortiClient VPN) for branches and remote employees.
• Operate and monitor security monitoring systems (SIEM)
• Investigate, document, and escalate security incidents, ensuring timely response and resolution.
• Conduct risk assessment, vulnerability management, and compliance reviews to maintain system readiness and business continuity.
• Supervise third-party service providers to ensure compliance with FastPay’s security and contractual requirements.
• Conduct R&D on advanced technologies such as XDR, VAPT, and SIEM optimization, and develop automated security processes.
• Create technical documentation, network diagrams, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for cybersecurity practices.
• Adhere to all information security policies and procedures without hindrance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, or IT.
• 2 years of relevant experience in network and security administration.
• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, VLANs, routing, switching, and VPN technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Fortinet, Cisco, or Mikrotik devices.
• Familiar with IDS/IPS, firewall management, and access control.
• Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English.
