ZMC Express Cargo is hiring HR Generalistto support our growing operations.

The HR Generalist will handle daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance. This role is ideal for proactive professionals who can build a positive workplace culture and ensure smooth HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment and onboarding for new hires.
• Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.
• Support payroll preparation and ensure accurate HR data.
• Assist in performance management and training coordination.
• Ensure compliance with Iraqi labor law and company policies.
• Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries and HR support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of HR experience (preferably in logistics or e-commerce).
• Strong knowledge of Iraqi labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
• Fluent in Arabic; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Ability to work full-time on-site at the assigned location
