To Manage the HQ — GSM Warehouse on site.

• ·      To manage the day-to-day Warehouse operations, looking after the best SLA of receiving and delivery with high level of safety measurements.
• ·      To manage the materials and equipment receiving from different suppliers and sources with clear process flow, and making sure about safe and harmony unloading, and report if any damages happened to the shipments upon loading and unloading in the warehouse.
• ·      To manage the materials and equipment delivery and dispatch to different sites and projects based on clear process flow securing a safe dispatch to all the other warehouses as materials in transit or for storage purposes.
• ·      To manage the warehouse safety in collaboration with safety manager and to ensure that safety process and procedures are applying from personnel safety to materials and equipment safety according to the warehouse standards.
• ·      To manage the warehouse security in collaboration with the security manager and make sure that all the warehouses are under Asiacell, security policy and they are in safe and green zone, without any risk of attack and robbery, also make sure that all employee and visitors has log in and log out registration with clear identical, inspect trucks and vehicles before accessing the warehouse premises.
• ·      To manage the warehouse space and to make sure that the space are organized and arranged based on economic measures to save cost of materials in storage.
• ·      To make sure that the warehouse keepers are updating the warehouse stock cards with clear registration and maintenance of the balances.
• ·      To manage the items by code and by category based on best GSM Classification and with standards consideration.
• ·      – Support all the audit mission, locals or internationals and make sure that they are getting best support during their inspections at the warehouse
• ·      Support related department to achieve their mission based on the department management decision or higher management

• ·      Bachelor’s Degree
• ·      8+ years of experience
• ·      Computer skills (Office)
• ·      Language skills (English, Arabic)
