We are currently seeking a mid-level General Accountant to join our Finance & Administration Department and support our growing project-based operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily accounting transactions in Odoo
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare weekly collection reports
• Prepare Aging reports
• Perform regular bank reconciliations
• Assist in the monthly financial closing
• Prepare Budget vs Actual analysis
• Track and allocate project costs
• Support financial reporting and internal control processes

Qualifications & Requirements

• 4–6 years of accounting experience
• Experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience in project-based companies is highly preferred
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently in a structured environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
