Job Description

The Head of Direct Sales will lead the retail sales division, drive revenue growth, manage showroom operations, and develop a high-performance sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • • Develop and execute direct sales strategies
  • • Lead, coach, and monitor retail sales teams
  • • Set KPIs and performance targets
  • • Improve showroom performance & customer experience
  • • Monitor market trends and competitors
  • • Achieve monthly & annual revenue targets
  • • Coordinate with operations and supply chain
Requirements:
  • • 7+ years in Retail Sales (Product-based companies only)
  • • Proven leadership experience
  • • Strong experience in showroom or direct retail environment
  • • Fluency in Arabic & English
  • • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
  • • Strong analytical & performance management skills
