Job Description
The Customer Care Outbound team is responsible for contacting existing subscribers to collect their feedback and evaluate their satisfaction with our services. The role focuses on conducting outbound calls to gather customer ratings, understand their overall experience, and provide insights that support service quality improvement.
Main Responsibilities:
• Conducting outbound calls to existing subscribers.
• Collecting customer satisfaction ratings and feedback.
• Accurately documenting customer responses in the system.
• Escalating complaints or issues to the concerned department when required.
• Maintaining professional and positive communication with customers at all times.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, communication, or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to handle customer feedback professionally and calmly.
- Basic computer skills.
- Fluent in Arabic; English proficiency is a plus.
- Friendly, patient, and empathetic personality.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
