Job Description
We are looking for Procurement Operations Specialist who is responsible for supporting operational procurement across 12 CCI countries. The role covers indirect categories including production equipment, construction, toll fill, MRO, spare parts, chemicals, and laboratory equipment, located in Baghdad or Hilla Plant.
What we Expect
- Follow full PO cycle up to closing: Purchase Order (Creation & Change & Update & Close); Framework Contract (Creation & Change & Update & Close).
- Ensure timely execution for Vendors registration, onboarding, edit, blocking in Vendor Master Data, New Suppliers Sanction Check before Supplier Registration.
- Engage in the solution of invoice / payment problems with the supplier.
- Provide information cycle to the central procurement for the solution of the problem on the issues that are centrally agreed.
- Ensure timely execution for sourcing & PR-PO conversion as per agreed lead-times.
- Handle supplier disputes and queries for transaction-level activities.
- Indirect Categories Icontract registration and Follow up (Only CIS Region) .
- Create and follow payment requests: Letter of Guarantee & Seller Advance Form & Manual payment request.
- Follow and improve KPI related with baseline improvements for Average PO Cycle Time (Creation or Update to Final Approval), Framework Approval Completion Time (Creation or Update to Final Approval), framework. revision quantity, % improvement over workcyle Qty. by material group for PO, invoice price resolution (Workcycle – Readsoft), average time to complete vendor master data cycle (creation or update to final. approval), average time to complete seller advance form (creation to finalapproval).
- Fulfill the duties of (replace) temporary absent employees: as Manager order.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering/Finance/Business Administration)
- English level intermediate or higher
- Experience min 2 years
