Job Description

Provide network maintenance services.

Tasks and Responsibilities

·      Carry out maintenance (Replace Antenna, RRU, Jumper, Optical, SFP).

·      Carry out preventive & corrective maintenance (Visit BSC, Node, site to clear fans and cables systemize)

·      Health check & Clear Alarms (critical, Major, Minor).

·      Make site acceptance tests to be done before going on-air.

·      Install/dismantle the HW of MW & RAN network component including sub-racks, antennas, radios & all related cables not limited to IF, RF & wave guide cables.

·      Install, test & Maintain twisted pair cable, Fiber optic, coax data & lan cabling systems using the related test.

·      Support network design activities in the filed such as line of Sight LOS, alignment, Rack/Subrack Expansion, Tower space, equipment inventories & generating a professional reporting for the survey result.

·      Perform troubleshooting to network failures & identify bottlenecks to ensure long term efficiency of network.

·      Perform emergency & routine field servicing of the transportation network including MW, Fiber Optic & Datacom devices & RAN cabinet.

·      Assist & coordinate with related department technician to joint deployment, troubleshooting, and repair of network E2E segments.

·      Create & implement daily work schedule & performs other related jobs duties as assigned.

·      Carry out materials inventory maintenance support including stock counts, logistics support from WH/office to sites & sites to WH/office. Materials include equipment, accessories, consumables & tools.

Requirements

·      Secondary or High school.

·      2 years’ work experience.
