Overview

We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to help grow revenue by finding new opportunities and building strong client relationships. This role suits someone who is target-driven and experienced in working with incentives or commission-based structures.

 

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and client presentations
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver client requirements
  • Negotiate terms and finalize agreements
  • Track sales performance and meet or exceed targets
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity

 

Requirements

  • Experience in business development, sales, or a commercial role
  • Proven experience working with incentives or commission-based targets
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, email, CRM tools preferred)
