Responsibilities

• Extract and analyze operational data from databases to support daily decision-making.
• Develop and maintain automated Tableau dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as transaction volumes and active user counts.
• Prepare concise daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the Managing Director, highlighting operational successes and areas for improvement.
• Ensure all reporting data is accurate and cross-referenced before presentation to leadership.
• Work with various departments to provide data support for specific operational projects or marketing campaigns.
• Optimize SQL queries to ensure efficient data retrieval without impacting production system performance.

Technical Requirements

• Advanced SQL: Strong proficiency in writing complex queries, including joins, subqueries, and window functions within MySQL and PostgreSQL environments.
• Tableau: Practical experience in building and updating interactive dashboards for business reporting.
• Analytical Tools: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and quick reporting tasks.
• Language Skills: Professional proficiency in English, Arabic and Kurdish for effective communication and documentation.

Experience & Qualifications

• Professional Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the Fintech, Telecom, or Banking sectors.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
• Attributes: High attention to detail, think outside the box, strong analytical logic, and the ability to deliver accurate reports under tight deadlines.
