In most cases, no. Creating an account helps us track your applications and lets you save jobs, create a CV, and get alerts.

Register as an employer, log in to your dashboard, and click “Post a Job”. Fill out the job details, choose your posting plan, and publish!

After posting a job, go to your employer dashboard. Under each listing, you’ll see applicants and their CVs, with the option to message or shortlist them.

Once you submit your application, your details will be sent directly to the employer or hiring manager. You will receive a confirmation email that your application was successfully received. The employer will review your profile, and if they’re interested, they may reach out to you for further steps such as an interview or additional information. You can also track the status of your application in your dashboard to stay updated on any changes or responses.
