Job Description

Tasks

  • Managing and controlling all financial activities, ensuring compliance with accounting and financial reporting standards, and providing accurate and timely financial information to support effective decision-making.
  • Overseeing and managing the financial aspects of the organization.
  • Maintaining financial records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • ensures that the company abides by the set of laws implemented by the state related to taxes and handling financial transactions.
  • checking the company’s assets and liabilities that could affect its equity in the future.
  • Revising any discrepancies in reports
  • Monitoring the financial position, financial performance, and cash flows of the company
  • Reviews, internal control, and tax studies
  • Assisting departments with annual budgets
  • Responsible for preparing financial and performance reports.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.
  • Manage and oversee the entire accounting team.
  • Conduct all necessary training to keep the team’s skills and knowledge up to date.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in accounting or financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior role, in Industrial, Building Material, or Manufacturing experience is a must.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Strong understanding of financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting processes, and Relevant experience in audit
  • Excellent leadership and managerial skills.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM & SAP experience is a must.
  • Very Good in English (Reading, writing, and listening).
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, ACCA) is preferred.
  • Ongoing professional development in accounting and finance.
