Next Level Group is seeking a qualified Accounting Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily accounting operations.
• Prepare and review monthly and annual financial reports.
• Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare budgets and monitor expenses and revenues.
• Provide financial analysis and reports to senior management.
• Supervise and support the accounting team to ensure high performance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong experience working with accounting systems and financial software.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
