We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks. He / She provides support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- * Communication Management: Answering phones, managing emails and other forms of correspondence, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- * Scheduling and Organization: Scheduling appointments and meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files and records.
- * Document Management: Drafting and formatting documents such as reports, memos, and presentations, as well as maintaining filing systems.
- * Office Management: Ordering office supplies and providing general support to visitors.
- * Support for Staff: Assisting with various administrative tasks, including expense reporting, basic accounting, and project coordination.
- * Other duties: Maintaining contact lists, updating office policies, and acting as a point of contact for internal and external clients.
Skills and Qualifications:
