Ovanya is hiring a skilled and motivated AI Developer to join our team onsite in Erbil.

We are a growing company focused on building innovative, data-driven solutions, and we are looking for a professional who can bring both technical expertise and creative problem-solving to our projects.

This role is ideal for candidates with proven experience in developing and fine-tuning AI models, managing large-scale data pipelines, and applying best practices in MLOps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train, fine-tune, and optimize machine learning and AI models for real-world applications
• Build and manage large-scale, efficient data pipelines for AI projects
• Apply best practices to develop and deploy state-of-the-art models
• Implement MLOps practices for deployment, monitoring, and scalability
• Collaborate across teams with creativity and strong project management skills to deliver impactful AI solutions

Requirements

• Proven previous experience in AI/ML development (with demonstrable projects or case studies)
• Strong knowledge and hands-on skills in DL tools like PyTorch and Hugging Face
• Experience designing and managing MLOps workflows and scalable infrastructure
• Solid understanding of data engineering and model lifecycle management
• Ability to work independently and in a team to drive projects to completion
• Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and practical mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience with distributed systems, cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Exposure to NLP, computer vision, or other specialized AI domains
• Knowledge of best practices for data governance and version control in ML projects
