Job Description

The Associate Sales – B2B role is an entry-level position within the corporate sales department at Al-Hayat Internet & ICT Services. The candidate will assist in identifying, contacting, and following up with potential business clients (companies, offices, organizations), promoting the company’s internet and IT services, and supporting senior sales staff in deal execution.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate Leads:
  • Search for and identify potential business clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and field visits.
  • Maintain a list of target companies and keep follow-ups updated.
2. Client Communication:
  • Contact businesses to introduce Al-Hayat’s services: dedicated internet, fiber connectivity, IT solutions, and smart systems.
  • Schedule meetings and prepare client briefing files.
3. Sales Support:
  • Assist in preparing offers, technical-commercial proposals, and quotations.
  • Join senior sales team in client meetings and presentations.
4. Documentation & CRM:
  • Enter and update client data in CRM systems.
  • Track proposal status, follow-up dates, and client responses.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or Business
  • 1–3 years of work experience in sales or client-facing roles
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Basic understanding of internet and ICT services is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow into a full sales role
