Responsible of sites filed operation and maintenance including but not limited to RAN, Transmission and Power equipment, maintain network to meet the targeted KPIs.

·      Lead cluster team (Engineers And technicians) to maintain network and meet the set KPIs.

·      Manage and follow cluster daily operation and maintenance activities.

·      Field troubleshooting & fix problem for sites Transmission, RAN and power related issues.

·      Support to the other units upon requests of network activities. (such as Radio, deployment …etc.).

·      Daily Check all RAN & Transmission, and power alarms clearance, resolve and closing tickets and following up all issues with NOC center.

·       follow up with power maintenance subcontractor.

·       Supervise and manage charge request preparation and implementation.

·       Network performances & KPI with outage follow up.

·       Manage communication with other clusters and units within organization.

·       Manage the acceptance new sites and Transmission link as per acceptance process.

·      Engineering BSC. degree

·      Minimum 5 years of experience.

·      Having a Valid Engineers Union ID Card.
