Commercial Manager
Craft and execute sales, marketing, and business development strategies that align with organizational goals and ensure compliance with pharmaceutical standards. Direct and develop the commercial team to meet business objectives, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability. Lead initiatives to penetrate and expand in the private sector markets of Kurdistan and Iraq, identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities. Manage sales budgets and financial targets, analyze performance data, and implement strategic adjustments to enhance profitability. This job requires Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field (Master’s degree / MBA is preferred), 8+ years of experience in commercial leadership roles within the pharmaceutical industry and proven track record in developing and executing successful commercial strategies.
