Job Description
Customer Relationship Management
Bajger Company is looking for a bright and aspiring Candidate for the following vacancy:
Position: Customer Relationship Management
Hours: 8 Working Hours- 6 Days per week (Sat-Thu)
Location: Erbil, Kurdistan Region
Duties and responsibilities:
- · Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
- · De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support.
- · Call clients and customers to inform them about the company’s new materials, services and policies.
- · Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about warranties and other needful information.
- · Help to train new employees and inform them about the company’s customer management policies.
- · Researching required information using available resources.
- · Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.
- · Managing administration, communicating, and coordinating with internal departments.
- · Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- · Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
Education, Job Requirements & Skills:
- · Proficiency in Kurdish and English, and Arabic language (Spoken and Written).
- · Bachelor’s degree, high school diploma, or equivalent preferred
- · Strong communication, both written and verbal
- · Great active listening skills
- · A patient and empathetic attitude
- · Strong time management and organizational skills
- · Adaptability and flexibility
- · Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- · Computer literacy
- · Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems
- · In-depth knowledge of a company’s services
- · Ability to speak multiple languages, especially those common among callers
- · Able to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines
