Job Description

Customer Relationship Management

Bajger Company is looking for a bright and aspiring Candidate for the following vacancy:

Position: Customer Relationship Management

Hours: 8 Working Hours- 6 Days per week (Sat-Thu)

Location: Erbil, Kurdistan Region

Duties and responsibilities:

  • · Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
  • · De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support.
  • · Call clients and customers to inform them about the company’s new materials, services and policies.
  • · Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about warranties and other needful information.
  • · Help to train new employees and inform them about the company’s customer management policies.
  • · Researching required information using available resources.
  • · Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.
  • · Managing administration, communicating, and coordinating with internal departments.
  • · Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
  • · Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.

Education, Job Requirements & Skills:

  • · Proficiency in Kurdish and English, and Arabic language (Spoken and Written).
  • · Bachelor’s degree, high school diploma, or equivalent preferred
  • · Strong communication, both written and verbal
  • · Great active listening skills
  • · A patient and empathetic attitude
  • · Strong time management and organizational skills
  • · Adaptability and flexibility
  • · Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
  • · Computer literacy
  • · Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems
  • · In-depth knowledge of a company’s services
  • · Ability to speak multiple languages, especially those common among callers
  • · Able to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines
