Exciting Career Opportunity: Customer Success Agent at Moonline Travel

Join our dedicated team as a Customer Success Agent. We are seeking a motivated professional who is committed to ensuring client satisfaction and building lasting relationships in the travel industry. If this aligns with your skills and passion, we invite you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inquiries regarding such information as schedules, procedures, and policies.
  • Assemble and issue required reservations such as tickets, travel insurance policies, itineraries, Visa, make hotel booking.
  • Determine whether space is available on travel dates requested by customers and assign requested spaces when available.
  • Contact customers to advise them of travel conveyance changes or to confirm reservations.
  • Applying visas for customers when needed.
  • Help the customers in their accommodation requirements during their holidays.
  • Examine passenger documentation to determine destinations and to assign boarding passes.
  • Inform clients of essential travel information such as travel times, transportation connections.
  • Answer the customer’s call phone or face-to-face.
  • Inform the customers about other company products and services such as “Smile mates and Moonme”
  • Plan routes, itineraries, and accommodation details, and compute fares and fees, using schedules, rate books, and computers.
  • Perform the required actions asked by customers (issue, change or refund).
  • Inter the booked tickets, visa, hotels or other sold services into SAP portal.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1 year of experience preferably in customer service.
  • Very good attention to detail
  • Communication skills.
  • Professional work ethic and conduct with a high sense of integrity.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Experience working on Microsoft Office including Excel and word.
  • English (speaking – writing – reading) – Mandatory.
