Job Description
At Eni, we are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor within the Zubair Field Operating in Basra, Iraq. You will follow and supervise the preventive and corrective electrical maintenance activities in the field, ensuring compliance with reference standards, policies and procedures. You will coordinate with production to guarantee the prompt, safe and environmentally respectful execution of all maintenance activities.
Your employment contract will be managed by Eni International Resources Ltd (EIRL).

Main responsibilities:
- Supervise the electrical work carried out by maintenance contractors.
- Meet assigned maintenance targets.
- Meet assigned reliability and availability targets.
- Meet assigned operational performance targets.
- Ensure the health, safety and security of all field assets.
- Ensure that spare parts for repairs and installations are kept on hand at all times.
- Endorse work feedback and close out work orders in the maintenance database.
- Demonstrate personal engagement in the HSE domain by respecting policies and recommendations of Eni and ZFOD rules, standards and procedures.
Skills and experience required:
- Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Fluent in English.
- Extensive experience in operations and maintenance within the petroleum industry, particularly in production environments.
- Relevant experience in a supervisory role, specifically as an Electrical Supervisor.
- Proven experience working with high-voltage systems.
Knowledge required:
- HSE: Electrical safety rules and applicable legislation.
- Production Operations: Oil & Gas facilities and equipment.
- Maintenance Operations: Preventive and corrective maintenance, electrical maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.
- Maintenance Engineering: CMMS activities, maintenance systems and policies.
- Organization Processes: Internal standards and documentation management.
- Supports and technologies: Best practices and international standards.
- Compliance: Local, national and international standards and codes related to health, safety, environment, and quality.
