Job Description

Mission of the job

Supervising and implementing facilities and administration maintenance works and projects, also contribute to the works and services related to all other departments.

Tasks and Responsibilities

·      To carry out duties under the direct supervision of the Facilities manager / Regional Admin head on daily basis.

·       Instruct & follow up maintenance team leader and technician to carry out tasks and evaluate the work done in accordance to the prepared plans.

·       Conduct physical assessment and prepare bills of quantities, estimated cost and other necessary technical documentation.

·      Follow up asset’s requirements of all the offices, buildings and necessary locations for studying them in details for implementations.

·       Coordinate with procurement department for projects implementation, purchasing maintenance materials and spare parts and any other materials required for Facility works.

·       Preparing periodical maintenance plan, new layouts, designs for offices and shop branding.

·       Contribute in different committees for hiring locations, purchasing materials and project supervising.

·       Recommends hiring & termination of vendors and companies providing maintenance services or projects.

·      Prepare progress reports to the Facilities Manager / Regional Admin Head on weekly/monthly basis on activities and project implementation.

 

Requirements
  •     B.Sc. Civil or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  •     7-8 Years work experience
  •     Air-conditioning expertise
  •     Computer skills (Auto CAD and MS office, Power Point software)
  •     Mechanical knowledge skills
  •     English language is essential
  •     Having a Valid Engineers Union ID Card
