Job Description

Job Objective:

Managing and developing relationships with financial institutions and correspondent banks to ensure the bank’s objectives are achieved and high-quality banking services are provided.

Responsibilities:

  1. Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and correspondent banks.
  • Negotiate agreements and terms with correspondent banks and contribute to strengthening mutual cooperation.
  1. Operations and Coordination
  • Coordinate operations between the bank and financial institutions/correspondent banks.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations related to correspondent banking operations.
  1. Business Development
  • Identify new business opportunities with financial institutions and correspondent banks.
  • Analyze the market to identify trends and opportunities for developing banking services.
  1. Risk Management
  • Assess and manage risks associated with dealings with correspondent banks.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate risks.
  1. Reporting and Analysis
  • Prepare periodic reports on the performance of the financial institutions and correspondent banks unit.
  • Analyze performance data and make data-driven decisions to improve operations.

Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

Academic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CFA or MBA are preferred.

Experience

  • 3-10 years of experience in banking relations and financial institutions, with experience in team management.
