Job Description
FastPay is hiring
Responsibilities:
· Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and necessary trainings.
· Prepare the monthly payroll transactions for the Sulaymaniyah branch, including deductions and benefits.
· Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other related matters.
· Maintain both physical and digital employee records of Sulaymaniyah team, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
· Assist in implementing performance appraisal processes.
Administration Responsibilities
· Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a conducive working environment.
· Follow up on administrative contracts and renewals (e.g., security guard contracts, building contracts, supplier contracts).
· Follow up with the admin team regarding any required facility maintenance.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum of one year of experience in an HR and administrative role.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS.
· Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English.
