Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring we attract top talent for various roles across the company.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all HR policies, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Provide support to employees on HR-related matters, offering guidance and advice on policies, benefits, and professional development.
  • Assist with performance management processes, including reviews and feedback sessions.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify workforce needs and align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Organize and manage training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
  • Foster a positive work culture by promoting employee engagement, morale, and retention.
  • Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs and ensuring they remain competitive and fair.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of Iraqi labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
