Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to successful onboarding, ensuring talent alignment with company needs.
• Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations.
• Provide timely support and guidance to employees on HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures.
• Assist in performance management initiatives, including performance reviews and feedback facilitation.
• Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and align HR efforts with operational goals.
• Coordinate and manage internal training sessions to develop skills and enhance productivity.
• Promote a healthy work culture through engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.
• Support payroll, compensation, and benefits administration, ensuring competitive and equitable offerings.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably within a dynamic or automotive-related environment.
• Proficient in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Strong knowledge of Iraqi labor law and contemporary HR practices.
• Comfortable with HR systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
